JILL RUBIN (Line Producer; Unit Production Manager) started her film education early, spending her high school summers studying film at Boston University, Wellesley College, and Columbia College. She continued her film studies at the University of Michigan, where she worked on student films before working as second assistant director on Steve Chbosky's "The Four Corners of Nowhere" (which screened in the Sundance Film Festival's Dramatic Competition).
After moving to New York, she worked as an assistant director, production coordinator, and location manager on various projects. In 1995, she began production-managing and line-producing, working on such independent features as Seth Michael Donsky's "Twisted," Yvonne Rainer's "MURDER and Murder," Christopher Kublan's "Casanova Falling," Matthew Mailer's "The Money Shot," James Toback's "Black and White," and Raymond De Felitta's Sundance Film Festival Audience Award winner "Two Family House"; as well as many commercials, music videos, and industrial films.
